The user of the Platform expressly agrees to indemnify the City Council of Sesimbra for any civil liability that it directly or indirectly causes due to its use of the Platform in disagreement with these Terms and Conditions.

The Municipality of Sesimbra reserves the right at all times to change these Terms and Conditions, in its sole discretion, if it deems it necessary.
